This role is for a Project Manager at KatiCRM (Calltronix Projects Team) responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery for client and internal implementations.

In simple terms, the job focuses on making sure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully on time, within budget, and within scope.

You will lead and coordinate project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Your main responsibility is to create and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
You act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
You will handle risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking throughout project lifecycles.
The role requires ensuring all contractual deliverables are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will also monitor progress, report to management, and continuously improve project delivery processes.
What they are looking for:
2–3 years project management experience (preferably in tech or contact centre environments)
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of CRM systems and technical concepts
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and full project lifecycles
Familiarity with project management tools and best practices (PMP is a plus)
Salary:
Ksh. 80,000 gross per month
